Envirogrrl is a recently graduated college student with a taste for environmental and social activism. She got her BA in History and is a lover of languages. She adores World music of all kinds, and loves best of all biomes, her native prairie.
Envirogrrl is no super-heroine, but is just an average girl with strong convictions. She didn’t vote the current Administration in to office, nor does she think they are good for the environment. She thinks that global climate change (aka global warming) is the most important of all environmental problems. Close second is the current U.S. agricultural system, which is deplorable on many levels, including environmental, social, and economic. Close third is urban and suburban planning and changing the way Americans live their lives.
Envirogrrl is currently employed part time in the non-profit sector and is thinking about getting involved in civic government.
